You will need to download the registration form (PDF) that you can fill up into your computer. Make sure you have a pdf reader (like Adobe or Foxit).
- Click here to to download the pdf file into your computer.
- A new tab or window will pop up showing the form. You will need to download this so you can edit it. Normally, this file will save into your DOWNLOADS folder by default.
- Open the file and start filling up the spaces. When you are done don't forget to SAVE.
- This pdf file of the registration form is required to be attached for payment below. When you click to upload the file, go to your DOWNLOADS folder, select the file and attach it.
- Proceed to payment.
