Saint John Chrysostom
Funeral Luncheon

Funeral luncheons are hosted by the parish for the family and friends of our deceased brethren after the celebration of the Funeral Mass and burial rites. The food is normally provided by members of the parish and the luncheon is coordinated by the Altar Society.

Lenten Fish Fry

Every year, both parishes host a Fish Fry Dinner for the wider community to encourage the penitential practice of abstaining from meat during the Fridays of Lent. The Knights of Columbus and Altar Society of each parish collaborate to organize and host these events on alternating Fridays during the 6 week period of the Lenten season.
